Refund Request Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the purchase date. Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your account must meet all of the following conditions:
Usage Limitations
- Your account has submitted fewer than 10 AI processing tasks since purchase.
- At least 80% of purchased credits remain unused.
- The service has not been used in violation of our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, content rules, or applicable law.

- Include your account email address and order number.
- Provide a detailed reason for the refund request.
- Submit the request within the 7-day window from your purchase date.
Cryptocurrency Payments
If cryptocurrency payments are supported, all purchases made with cryptocurrency are final and non-refundable. Due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions and associated processing costs, we cannot offer refunds for cryptocurrency payments, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, or other digital currencies.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following situations are not eligible for refunds:
- Cryptocurrency payments.
- Requests made after the 7-day period has expired.
- Accounts that have submitted 10 or more AI processing tasks.
- Purchases where more than 20% of purchased credits have been consumed.
- Cases where the service has been used in violation of our Terms of Service.
- Free trial credits, promotional credits, or non-paid credits.
- Subscription renewals. You may cancel future renewals, but current billing periods are generally non-refundable.
- Purchases made with promotional discounts or special offers, unless the offer states otherwise.
Refund Processing Timeline

- Eligible refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days.
- Our support team may contact you if additional information is needed.
- Refund eligibility is determined by Idergram4 based on account status, usage records, payment information, and this policy.
Payment Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed through your original payment method.
- Refunds typically take 5 to 10 business days to appear in your account.
- Refunds will be issued in the original currency of the purchase.
- Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Annual Subscription Transaction Fees
For annual subscription refunds, we may deduct a 5% transaction loss fee from the refund amount to cover payment processing costs, platform costs, and administrative expenses incurred during the original transaction.
Partial Refunds
In certain circumstances, we may issue partial refunds based on service usage and specific case details. The partial refund amount may depend on:
- Extent of service usage.
- Time elapsed since purchase.
- Specific circumstances of your case.
- Credits consumed versus credits remaining.
- Whether the purchase included subscriptions, commercial licensing, or special offers.
Subscription Management
Cancellation Policy
- You can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@idergram4.com.
- Upon cancellation, you may continue to access current paid benefits until the end of the billing period.
- No refunds are generally provided for partial billing periods.
- Subscription benefits, including commercial licensing, remain active until the end of the paid period unless revoked due to refund approval, violation, or account restriction.
Auto-Renewal
- You can disable auto-renewal at any time to prevent future charges.
- Disabling auto-renewal does not affect your current subscription period.
Commercial License Refunds
For users with commercial plans:
- Standard refund conditions apply to commercial subscriptions.
- Commercial licensing benefits are revoked immediately upon refund approval.
- Images generated under commercial licensing may need to be removed from commercial use.
Data and Content Policy
Upon refund approval:
- Your account access may be terminated or restricted.
- Generated images, task records, and account data may be permanently deleted.
- You are responsible for backing up any content you wish to retain before requesting a refund.
- If commercial licensing is revoked after a refund, you must stop using the related commercial benefits.
Policy Changes
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective when posted on our website. Continued use of our service after policy changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
